Abstract

Information system medical record filling is the one intended by computerized who can also be used to ease officers record medical in unit filling in search of documents record medical and borrowed and loosening in the implementation of the retention in RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember. Filling is a unit of work record medical diakreditasi by the ministry of health that serves as the regulations and storage documents on the basis of system the arrangement certain through procedures a systematic, so it is needed later provide quickly and properly. On a system storage (filling) in RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember Use centralization to numeration terminal filling digits , with the average number of outpatients 45-50 patient and in-patient 10-15 patients .Researchers used the kind of research qualitative which is to data collection by means of interview , observation , fgd , and documentation and in a waterfall .In the design process this system uses flowchart, system , contex diagram , data flow diagram , entity relationship diagram and in implementing program using microsoft visual basic 6.0.The result of this research is information system medical record filling to ease in the control drm in filling through lending , repayment and retention .Researchers next is expected to integrate in simrs that is that due to the medical record can automatically emerge when at the filling.
