Abstract

System Patient Registration is a system used by the registration officer in terms of inputting patient data, within the system of registration of these patients produce an output Index Card Treatment (KIB) is used as identification when the patient will be treated and on the Index Card Patient (KIB) there barcode, this can ease the identification process in place the patient registration and patient registration system are also equipped with file upload scanned outpatient medical records of patients that are useful as precaution if it happens of a natural disaster or missing patient files. The purpose of this research is to create a system of registration and storage of patient outpatient medical records file-based barcode in outpatient health center Rambipuji Jember. This research is a qualitative research is accompanied by the unit of analysis and method development waterfall in the manufacturing system. The unit of analysis is the registration officer and the results of this study is a system of registration and storage of patient outpatient medical records file-based barcode in outpatient health center Rambipuji Jember, Health Center includes the analysis, design, coding and testing of the system. We make the registration system is expected patient enrollment process more effective and efficient performance of staff time that will be optimized.
