Abstract

SIMRS of pharmaceutical Citra Husada, has long been implemented and is a superior service based on system flow activity from other services that have never been tested for reliability. One of the international standards used to evaluate software is to use ISO 25010. ISO 25010 is a standard for measuring the quality of software made by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (International Electro technical Commission) which were developed in 1985. The purpose of this study This measures the quality of the Management Information System for the Citra Husada Pharmacy Hospital in Jember using ISO 25010 standards. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity and reliability test used SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of the quality of the web of information technology majors carried out with ISO 25010 standards is as follows: Characteristics of Functional Suitability 68,42%, Reliability Characteristics 67,16%, Usability Characteristics is 73,89%, Efficiency Characteristics 63,17%, Maintainability Characteristics 76,14%, Security Characteristics 69,77%. From the results of the feasibility test it can be concluded that the Management Information System for the Citra Husada Pharmacy Hospital in Jember has met the ISO 25010 standard with a percentage obtained an average score of 69,75% thus it can be stated that the interpretation is "good". the recommendations obtained from the lowest percentage of each characteristic item.
