Abstract

The problems that occurred at the health center is in the running operations in Mangli health centers are not yet using Public Health Center Information System especially in the outpatient registration process. The registration process is still using manual recording system, while admissions per day does little, approximately 70 patients per day. Moreover, the of icer had difficulty in the search process patient data during the registration process. Recording registration manually prone to human error or human error, as well as counting the number of patient visits in a period which is done manually potentially produce inaccurate information and frequent occurrence of data redundancy due to any older patients who seek treatment do not bring KIB will be given a number of medical record new each register. So it will need a system of registration information in accordance with the needs of health centers Mangli. This system can reduce the occurrence of data redundancy so that patients who seek treatment do not forget to carry an index card treatment (KIB) is no longer getting new medical record number. The purpose of this research is to design information systems of registration of outpatients in health centers Mangli. This study uses the method waterfall for patient registration information system design. Stages in waterfal method is Requirment Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and maintenance. The result of this research is an information system registration details outpatient health centers Mangli, expected by the information system of patient enrollment made it easier for officers to know all the actions the administration of patient registration and save the data that has been input on the computer and assist in the reporting process daily, weekly and monthly
