Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2), on labor productivity (Y) of the Nazi section at PTPN X Kebun Ajong Gayasan Gudang Patrang, Jember Regency. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires and literature studies, while the samples taken were 126 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test, t test, using the SPSS 20.0 for windows application. The results showed that: (1) work safety variables (X1), occupational health (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on the variable labor productivity (Y), (2) partially the work safety variable (X1) had a significant effect on labor productivity (Y), while occupational health variables (X2) have a significant effect on labor productivity (Y), (3) the variable that has the dominant influence on labor productivity (Y) is occupational health (X2).
