Abstract
Kalijompo Plantation is a plantation engaged in the processing of rubber latex. Every day the employees do sap deposit to get their daily salary, but the daily salary can only be taken on 01 and 15 every month. Within a month, employees can make purchases of basic commodities in plantation-owned cooperatives with a paycheck payment system. Kalijompo Plantation does not have an information system to assist the process of calculating salaries and debts made by employees in plantation-owned cooperatives and making a very important report. A total of 150 employees who work can make employees in charge of counting and recording transactions overwhelmed because they have to write data sap, salary data and employee debt data one by one. Data processing system and desktop-based employee payroll can help employees to process data sap, payroll data and debt data continues to grow every day into important information for employees, and can facilitate the leadership to see important reports on data sap, data salary and Employee debt data
