Abstract

M. Anggo Imam Z. Measurement of Quality of Library Service Using Service Quality Method (Case Study of State Polytechnic Library of Jember). Guided By: Mrs Ratih Ayuninghemi, S.ST, M.Kom. (Advisor I) and Mrs. Trismayanti Dwi P, S. Kom, M.Cs (Supervisor II) The level of Library service in meeting the expectations of internal visitors can be seen from the services provided by the section associated with the quality of service. The more visitors who visit the better the service. This affects customer satisfaction. This final project aims to determine the quality of library services based on the perceptions and expectations of visitors in the State Polytechnic Library of Jember. The method used in this research is Servqual method.
