Abstract

Tabanan General Hospital is one of hospitals that accept patients BPJS. Encoding a primary diagnosis of inpatients at the General Hospital Board (BRSU) in Tabanan often do not correspond to the ICD-10 code. There is some of the causes of these inaccuracies so can analyzed the causes of the problem by using the method of Fishbone Diagram. The purpose of this research is the Analysis Of Factors Inaccuracies At Primary Code Diagnosis Based On Paisen Inpatient ICD-10 With Fishbone Diagram Method. The results of this research are not coding education officer in accordance with the prescribed qualifications, training have been followed is not optimal, shortage of energy coding, SOP according to the latest theory, need the addition of ICD - 10 and ICD 9, doctors often found writing less obvious, is not no specific budget for coding. It can be concluded that the man factor, material, method, machine, and money affect the accuracy of primary diagnosis code. Suggestions are given for further research is to extend the research object of inpatient medical record file into a file of medical records and outpatient emergency care.
