Abstract
One of the parameters to determine the standard of medical care in the hospital is a medical record services. Good medical records will reflect the quality of medical services are good also. The purpose of this study is Knowing the quality of medical record file at the Regional Hospital inpatient Balung Jember quality indicators covering her medical record file charging completeness, accuracy refund, accuracy and legal validity. This research was conducted with the observation method using ultrasound (urgency, seriousness, and growth) to prioritize existing problems. The final conclusion is that the file obtained inferior medical records of 100% on RSD Inpatient Balung Jember. This was due to incomplete filling in the completeness of medical record (100%), inaccuracies in the medical record (88%), the delay time of the return file medical records (64%), and non-fulfillment of aspects of the legal requirements (94%). While the main problems causing the lack of quality of inpatient medical record file that the first priority is the issue of time delay refunds medical record file, then the specific problems that the first priority cause time delays refunds medical record file is ketidaklengkpan medical record-keeping by doctors, it is advisable for all record file medical must be completed in accordance with existing standards by officers filler medical record them by doctors, and other staff
