Abstract

Use of information technology is essential for the organization, because it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational performance. But the application of information technology is not always successful. One of them is the application of electronic medical record system in SIMRS outpatient in hospitals Waluyo Jati Kraksaan that there are still some problems, that there are still officers who choose to keep using the manual recording system although the SIMRS has provided the required forms. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the electronic medical record system in SIMRS based outpatient perception officer with UTAUT method in hospitals Waluyo Jati Kraksaan 2015. Variable that used in this research that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and behavioral intention of the system. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 38 respondents and were analyzed using ordinal logistic regression with SPSS 16.0. The results showed that performance expectancy significant positive on behavioral intention of electronic medical record system in SIMRS outpatient, while the effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions not significant positive on behavioral intention of electronic medical record system at SIMRS outpatient.
