Abstract

Sukowono Public Health Center is one of the health institutions that have been developed to use information systems. There were constraints in the implementation of SIMPUS in Sukowono Public Health Center and there was no an evaluation that related to the implementation of SIMPUS before. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management information system (SIMPUS) implementation based on user perception by using Technology Acceptance Model and PIECES Method in Sukowono Public Health Center Jember. The results showed that the percentage of TAM and PIECES variable perception and measured based on the Likert scale, Usefulness Aspect (Perceived Usefulness) is amounted to 79.6% included in good category, Ease of Use Aspects (Perceived Ease Of Use) amounted to 80.4% included in the excellent category, Attitude Using Technology Aspects (Attitude Toward Using Technology) amounted to 59.3% included in the enough category, Interests Behavioral of Use Aspects (Behavioral Intention To Use) amounted to 58.7% included in the enough category. Performance Aspects is amounted to 81.3% included in the category of excellent, Information Aspects is amounted to 81.5% included in the excellent category, Economic Aspects is amounted to 75% included in good category, Control or Security Aspect is amounted to 93% included in the excellent category, Efficiency Aspect is amounted to 78% included in good category, Service Aspect is amounted to 81.3% included in the excellent category.
