Abstract

SELVI MARTHA DEWI, effect the cardiac II diet of the consumption level of patients in the treatment room of Banyuwangi Alhuda hospital. Advised by ir. Rindi MP. and ir. Heri Warsito MP. Cardiac disease is a condition when the cardiac can not work's well. Cardiac disease caused by the long process, there are when the cardiac loses the ability to perform good functions slowly. The data was taken at 19 August - 14 September 2013 in the Banyuwangi Al Huda Hospital. The purpose of this study to know effect the cardiac II diet of the consumption level of patients. This eksperiment use pre-eksperimental design with 20 patient as responden in the 2 group. Responden taken use quota sampling, analitied of data use paired T-test indipenden. Results of the study, suggested that cardiac II diet used in Banyuwangi Al Huda hospital with 1800 kcal of energy, 60 grams of protein, 50 grams of fat, and 280 grams of carbohydrates. Diet is given based on the standard requirements, the general requirement energy of patien is 1434 kcal, protein is 43.8 grams, fat is 31.7 grams and carbohydrates is 243 grams. There are differences in the level of consumption of the protein and carbohydrate patients, while the level of energy consumption and fat are the same.
