Abstract

Pharmacy Warehouse District Situbondo is a government agency that is engaged in the distribution of drugs, in carrying out the distribution and management of the data is still manual. It became the main problems that often goes wrong, especially in work activities such as data recording, counting and preparing reports. The manual system also causes less practical work process. To solve the problem, it needed a new system to be able to change the system in use today is changing the manual system to a computerized system, the design and manufacturing information systems sales, purchasing and warehouse stock, with an application using PHP and MySQL for the database , Another thing that also needs to be done in designing the new system is designed the Data Flow Diagram. From the program generates a report that included sales reports, purchasing reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable reports and stock reports drug available. The purpose of this application is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Pharmacy Warehouse Situbondo.
