Abstract

Quantitative analysis can be interpreted as assessing the completeness and accuracy of medical record file. By Hatta (2002) method of quantitative analysis focused on four (4) criteria, namely: identifying patient information, recording of evidence, the validity of the records, and procedure notes. Completeness charging inpatient medical record file in internal medicine at the General Hospital Dr. Sardjito still incomplete filling as social data of patients, diagnosis, signature and name of the doctor and nurse in the filling so that it can affect the required patient information. The purpose of this study is to identify the completeness of the medical record file hospitalization in internal medicine and calculating the percentage figures in the medical record completeness charging General Hospital Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive approach, where data collection is done with interviews and observation of medical records that have been filled. The sample was 65 inpatient medical record file poly interna. The results showed an average completeness Review identity of 77% of patients, review reports important by 72%, review the authentication by 67%, and good documentation by 65%, so the results of quantitative analysis at General Hospital Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta is still short of the standards of completeness according to the health Department that is 100%.
