Abstract

Indonesia Sehat Clinic is one of the health institutions located on the street KH. Abdurrohman no.06 Krajan Village Tempurejo Tempurejo District of Jember. The information system is needed in getting the information and data processing, fast and complete, as the process of data penngelolaan hospitalization in Indonesia Sehat Clinic to improve clinical services to patients and assist clinical management to create efficiency and effectiveness. In Indonesia Sehat Clinic patient data processing is still done manually, by registering the data on paper media then recapitulated to make a report. The manual process has drawbacks such as writing errors and actions given that affect patients during treatment perekapan costs resulting in less than the maximum clinical services as well as the presentation of information is slow, incomplete and less akurat.Dengan their problems it is made a data processing system of the patient using the system computerized according to clinical need. Inpatient Information System In Indonesia Sehat Clinic in Tempurejo will be created using PHP programming language and MySQL database and using CodeIgniter template.
