Abstract
The hospital is one of the health facilities where health efforts that organizes all activities to maintain and improve health and aims to achieve optimal health status for the community. Regional General Hospital Waluyo Jati Kraksaan one proposition Kraksaan health services in areas not yet have the disease abbreviation search applications to help statutes diagnosis. It can be an obstacle to the process of health services, especially the determination of diagnosis, suppose there are abbreviations that are not known, then the officer would be searching manually, by way of notice in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and records medis.Penelitian handbook aims to create applications abbreviation search android based diseases in hospitals Waluyo Jati Kraksaan. The results of this research is a search application stands disease using Waterfall development method that includes analisys and system definition, design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and deployment. This application includes search function stands disease, show info on each poly abbreviations and add new abbreviations of data. With this application is expected to provide ease of getting information stands disease. Applications abbreviation of the disease can also be used as a learning medium, especially in the field of health.
