Abstract

The law in Indonesia is complicated, making the community and legal practitioners have difficulty in view of a case and the penalties set out in the KUHP. In some case, sometimes public and legal practitioners in application of chapter one of criminal offense. To facilitate public and legal practitioners in applying articel may use expret sistem application of articles so that in applying article by appropriate under the criminal code can be done with easy and fast.output obtained in making the application of expert system application of articles with forward chaining method in the from of article that is applied to a case that has been inserted.
