Abstract

This study aims to explain village financial management planning in Tembokrejo Village, to explain and analyze the suitability between village financial management planning in Tembokrejo Village and village financial management planning according to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) Number 20 of 2018, and to provide an overview of the flow chart. the process (flowchart) of village financial management planning according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) Number 20 of 2018. This research is included in the type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection procedures, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, and the data analysis technique used is comparative analysis. In this study, the activities in data analysis were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. For the validity of the data, it was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the village financial management planning in Tembokrejo Village is in accordance with the village financial management plan according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) Number 20 of 2018, this suitability is due to the presence of village assistants from the sub-district who help in the financial management planning process. village. Therefore, a flowchart was designed, which could be used as a guide to assist village officials in the process of preparing village financial management plans independently.
