Abstract

Clinic is a basic health service facility that is obliged to conduct medical record and attend the accreditation. Implementation of medical record become one of clinical service quality indicator and part of Clinic Accreditation Standard. "Dokterku" Taman Gading Clinic has never conducted an evaluation, so it not known the lack of standart fulfillment. The research aim to evaluate the implementation of Information Management of Medical Record in order to fulfill the accreditation standards in "Dokterku" Taman Gading Clinic. In this study the writer used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection methods that used in this reseacrh are observation, interview and brainstorming. The result of this study is Accreditation Standard of Information Management of Medical Record still partially fulfilled (57,69%). The Accreditation Standard of Information Management of Medical Record consists 4 criteria that is Criteria 3.4.1 partially fulfilled (66,66%), Criteria 3.4.2 partially fulfilled (75%), Criteria 3.4.3 partially fulfilled (50%), Criteria 3.4.4 partially fulfilled (33,33%). Recommendation fulfillment of Accreditation Standard of Information Management of Medical Record is to arrange of Decree (SK) and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in accordance with Accreditation Standard
