Abstract

This research is a form of improvements to the aspects of productivity in a working system in parts of glutinous rice Business stirring home industry Cipta Rasa-Besuki Situbondo. Systems analysis work is focused on employees, through an ergonomic approach and consideration among men (workers) with the facility or the tool works. There are two objects in this research for productivity gains within the scope of the first ergonomics, body dimensions or anthropometric measurements, both towards ergonomic improvement with designing and setting facility layout work. We evaluated the comfort of using questionnaires. Overall research ergonomic improvement with ergonomic principles approach is that productivity increases than before the repair, improvement in the study carried out by the addition of a table to shorten the distance from one place to another. The comfort level is already calculated in the questionnaire show of worker agitation glutinous rice that has been trying to repair the new working system by providing an assessment towards more convenient than ever before.
