Abstract

Energy audit is one of the decisive factors in operational costs at RSUD Besuki. Energy conservation is a more efficient, optimum, and rational use in utilization of energy with out reducing the use of energy in need. Initial energy audit is an initial method of calculating the energy consumption level of a building. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of IKE (intensity of energy consumption) of buildings in RSUD Besuki. The calculation result of IKE value (Energy Consumption Intensity) per unit area is 73.1299 kWh / m2 in a year. Energy consumption in RSUD Besuki consists of 97% electrical energy and 3% diesel fuel. Energy saving opportunities that can be done is by replacing 24-watt PLC lamps to 13-watt LED lights.
