Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working hours, compensation, and work-discipline on the productivities employees of production department in CV. Bintang Emas Mayang. Population in this research counted 200 daily labor. The sampling using simple random sampling technique counted 67 respondents. The data that used are primary data. The data analysis technique that used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The result of research conducted by regression test of T-test shows that the variable which has a significant effect on labor productivity is compensation and the variable that has not a significant effect on labor productivity is working hours and Discipline work. F-test regression test shows that working hours, compensation and work discipline as simultaneously have a significant effect on labor productivity. The variable that has the most dominant effect on labor productivity is the compensation variable.
