Abstract

Classification of disease is a grouping of disease based on symptoms suffered to facilitate the process of disease diagnosis and disease control. Fishery cultivators in SMKN 5 Jember still have difficulty in diagnosing disease according to symptoms that attack on catfish and how disease control solution in catfish. If the catfish attacked the disease and not immediately carried out control, then the disease that attacks the catfish will be transmitted to other catfish and can lead to death. For that need to be made an application that can classify types of catfish diseases. The application is made using Visual Basic.Net programming language using naive bayes calculation, so it can provide diagnosis decision according to the symptoms suffered on the catfish
