Abstract

Information System of Basic Emergency Neonatal Obstetric Care in Gending Probolinggo Health Center is an information system designed to help medical personnel, especially in the service delivery and referral labor in managing patient data. This system is derived from interviews with the head midwife who handles delivery service in PONED section. Compiled in a database system to store all the data in the form of a table, including observation tables, tables birth registration, referral registration tables and others. This system will be used for the medical personnel on duty, medical personnel will record any data required from the patient and automatically stored in the database and search data that is no longer using the binders large, making it difficult to search for patient data.
