Abstract
Regulation of the Minister of Health 922 / Menkes / Per / X / 1993 on Provisions and Procedures for Granting Pharmacy pasal 1 ayat (a) mentions the pharmacy is a certain place, where he did the work of pharmacy and distribution of pharmaceutical preparations. Klinik Sakinah kecamatan Sumbersari kabupaten Jember with the pharmacy information system were not yet available, it led to control the availability of drug stocks are still manually which pharmacy personnel to check and count one by one drug in the storage closet, in addition to inhibiting the ministry has also led drug stocks run out. Another problem is the unavailability of drugs at the time of purchase patients with no prescription 7.5% of 154 patients per month are not served due to stock the drug out, with patients who are not served prescriptions will cause the patient to be changing drugs or prescription at the pharmacy the other, this causes accuracy in drug services is not maximized. This type of research used in this study is kualitatif using prototype for pharmacy information system design. Stages in the prototype method is : build a prototype, test, and listen to customers. The result of this research is the pharmacy information system, expected by the pharmacy information system to assist in the calculation of stocks of medicines every day to be better controlled stock, and assist in the process of making monthly reports.
