Abstract

Medical Record is a very importent tool in a health care because medical record serves as a source of information and references to the social data, medical data, to all action treatment given to patient. Therefore, medical record must be kept confidential by good management filling. Design and manufacture of filling medical records information system can help in order to organize medical records of effective and efficient in medical record of Rizani Paiton Probolinggo Hospital. This research aims to design and develop information system on filling using waterfall method. The results were obtained stages of designing and manufacturing electronic that is user needs, planning, make flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Database, dan interface system. The design and manufacture of filling medical records information system can accelerate and simplify care process in filling unit of Rizani Paiton Probolinggo Hospital.
