Abstract

Public Health Center (PHC) is the first level of health care facilities that organized efforts of public and individual health, with more priorities in promotive and preventive efforts to achieve the degree of public health as high. Research of Health Facilities (Rifaskes) conducted by the Ministry of Health in 2011 declared that the condition of Communication and Information Technology infrastructure of health care is still inadequate. As in the survey conducted in Jember in 2015 about the availability spatial data of health center is still very minimal to be obtained. This causes difficulty in mapping the Health Service number of health workers in health centers in the district of Jember. This study discusses the analysis of health workforce planning in Jember district public health centers based on the model of DSP Kepmenkes number 81 of 2004 and based on spatial data that are implemented in a Geographic Information System (GIS). The aim of this study was to design and build webGIS about health workers at health centers in the district of Jember to monitor the availability and completeness of health workers in health centers in the district of Jember.
