Abstract
Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital is one type C hospital in Bondowoso. The hospital is not using the hospital information system integrated. One of them in outpatient registration and also there is no information system queue. Some of the problems that exist in the RS Bhayangkara Bondowoso is the use of outpatient medical record file as a queue, calling sequence patient fraud, corruption, and their double duty officer. The purpose of this study was to design Queue Information System Outpatient in Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospitals. This study is a qualitative study using waterfall method of designing a model system. Stages in this model include requirmen definition, system and software design, testing and implementation andunit integration and system testing. Methods of data collection using interviews and observation. Results from this study is the Queue Information System Outpatient Hospital Bhayangkara Bondowoso. By designing the system, expected to be applicable and can help overcome the problems that exist in Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Performance becomes more effective and efficient so as to improve the quality of care and maintaining data security. The information system can be developed according to the needs Hospital.
