Abstract
Data processing record medical before to be done manually, but when is made into automatic by applying information systems to speed up the process work medical workers in managing data medical. But, application of the system information at some health centers still it can be said not terimplementasikan well. One of them is in puskesmas jombang only apply information systems to registration outpatient just, while in in-patient unit it still uses manual system. The purpose of this research is to develop information system medical record in-patient at puskesmas jombang kabupaten jember. The kind of research this is qualitative. The subject of study is one officer in-patient care and one doctor / head of puskesmas jombang and object research that is form in-patient care and register book in-patient. The data collection was done by means of observation, interview, fgd, and documentation. Method of development a system used namely by a method of fast , where the phase that will be constructed scope definitions , the problem analysis , requirements analysis , design logical , analysis decision , design & amp; physical integration , construction & amp; testing . The result of this research can be concluded that information system medical record in-patient at puskesmas jombang kabupaten jember expected to improve the quality of service more rapid , right , and can inform us accurate.
