Abstract
Development and advancement of information technology also affect the implementation of the health management information system that includes clinic. Sakinah Clinic as one of the healthcare facility in Kabupaten Jember needs a good management for the service it’s performed. Based on the survey in Sakinah Kaliurang Clinic, there are some problems while looking for patient’s medical record, especially older patients who do not carry registration card. In addition, the registration officer must deliver patient status into the examination room and billing or cashier has not managed well yet. The research aims to design Sakinah Kaliurang Clinic Jember’s Management Information System. The design uses Waterfall system development methods. Based on observation and interview to three officers at Sakinah Kaliurang Clinic, obtained information that the system must be integrated from registration to billing system. The design and the implementation of design into programing language produce three forms of transaction. The forms consist of a registration form, inspection, and cashier. The test results using black box methode indicate an error on the prescription’s printing process and it can be run after repairment. Keyword : Clinic, Management Information Systems, Waterfall
