Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effects of employee’s occupational health and safety (K3) towards employee’s performance in production section ofPTPN XII Persero Kayumas Situbondo. The method used in this research was survey. The population consisted of 30 employees in production section and freelance. The samples were collected by using census administered to 30 respondents. The data used were the secondary and primary. The technique of data analysis was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows program. The research result acquired after conducting F test showed that a variable of occupational safety (X1) and health (Y) simultaneously gave significant effects towards employee’s performance (Y). The regression test of t test on occupational safety (X1) significantly affected employee’s performance (Y) and the variable of occupational health (X2) significantly affected employee’s performance (Y). The most dominant variable which influenced the performance of the employee’s (Y) was the occupational health (X2).
