Abstract
PT. Bina Artha Ventura is a specialized financial institution providing access to business loans to small businesses. Bina Artha inspired by the ideal that availing access to finance for low-income households are engaged in micro and small enterprises in Java, providing them with an important tool for achieving economic and social upliftment. Thus mutation of employees is necessary to affect the performance of the employee. Mutations employees at PT. Bina Artha Ventura will be moved to another branch or to another position is still done manually, which is implemented in the form of paper files with an alternative form of mutation employee or predefined criteria. During this manager and HRD at PT. Bina Artha Ventura still found it difficult to perform mutation employees, in addition to the difficulty of determining which employees can transfer all or part of the other branches. Decision Support System is a good means to solve the problems contained in the PT. Bina Artha Ventura in the process of mutation employees. The system is built with the aim of making the Decision Support System for Employees mutations by using AHP and implemented with VB.net and My Sql.
