Abstract
Each family who create photo albums and written documents sometimes encounter problems of various things, such as photo albums and written documents are missing, damaged, exposed to natural disasters and so forth. This leads to one of the family members can not describe the family tree to the children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren. With the passage of time is very rapid technological developments such as by their Smartphone. Smartphone is a phone which provides features that are above and beyond the capacity of sederharna for phone calls, for many years the smartphone developed into more sophisticated tools, people of middle and lower class to middle and upper class have been many who use it as one of its features is the only one to read QR code. QR code is a matrix code or two-dimensional barcode created by the Japanese company. Said QR, short for quick response, as its purpose is to convey information and get a response quickly. Those problems can be solved by using the website that is integrated with the Smartphone. QR Code which serves as matrix codes website URL will be placed on the tombstone of a family member who had died. The QR Code contains various data of information regarding family members of the deceased. One of the family members to register their family members who have died in this website, to include data such person a form of biography, photos, videos and so on.
