Abstract
Posyandu is made for the health services, the community it self. Posyandu kelurahan pisang candi barat has 6 posyandu in one kelurahan where led by the chairman of the community. There are several services on posyandu namely pregnant women, kb, children, the elderly, and guest Posbindu. The amount of data that is processed posyandu computerized data required for each Posyandu. besides security for storing file, it also helps cadres in processing the data to produce reports quickly and accurately, Also provides ease of participant and Posyandu cadres in timetables via sms and also can facilitate participants cadres in getting data babies carry out checks on a doctor or midwife privately via sms gateway. File processing posyandu kelurahan pisang candi barat is still done manually by noting in a ledger and thus slow down the process kms reports to be generated. In addition posyandu service schedules change frequently, resulting in a lack of the posyandu present. Therefore, it made design of an information system posyandu to assist cadres in performing data processing services. Help monitor the health center reports generated, chairman of the association helps convey information, help participants monitor developments and facilitate the child got the schedule via sms gateway. Information Systems Services Posyandu will be designed to use web-based programming language will then be developed with the software Notepad ++, Xampp and MySQL DBMS.
