Abstract
Tape is processed food from fermented cassava. Cassava tape is very famous as a typical food of Bondowoso Regency so that it gets the title as a tape city. Tape production in Bondowoso has problems with the lack of cassava butter as a raw material of tape, the limitations of processing and packaging technology, capital, marketing limitations and lack of support from related institutions
