Abstract

A tourism guidebook entitled Marvelous Potential Natural Tourism Object in Besuki Residency has accomplished. This project focused on four potential natural tourism objects that exist in Besuki Residency. The tourism object that become the writer’s part was located in Jember regency. There, the writer found that there was a potential natural tourism object that was not developed yet. It was Nanggelan beach which is located in Ambulu district, Jember that become the writer’s discussion of writing the whole content of guidebook. The content includes the description of the place, activity that can be done there, the accessibility, the location, tips, map and accomodation that available in Jember to lead the tourist reach the tourism object. The writer put two languages in this guidebook, Indonesia language and English in order to give information for foreign tourist. In designing this guidebook, the writer applied the method of designing a guidebook. Those were; deciding idea, outlining the book, writing the content of book, designing lay out, revision and editing, and binding the book. This guidebook was made in medium size and shape portrait square to make it handy. Moreover, the guidebook was designed with colorful pictures. The writer believe this product could be useful in the future and become reference for similar project.
