Abstract
This Uber Mie Setan business in Tanggul Subdistrict, Jember Regency is a business that is engaged in food culinary. This food has spicy characteristics that most consumers like, but the problem faced by the company today is creating a food product which is still a characteristic and has an increasing consumer interest, so that researchers are interested in taking the title of this thesis because of the problems faced by the company. by providing solutions related to marketing strategies. This study aims to: (1) Know the internal factors and external factors within the company; (2) Analyze the extent to which the application of the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) faced by Uber Mie Setan in Tanggul District, Jember Regency in order to determine a marketing strategy; (3) Explain the priority of the marketing strategy at Uber Mie Setan in Tanggul District, Jember Regency. The research method I use is the method (survey, interview and questionnaire) to the owner in the company. And the results use SWOT analysis techniques, which include IFE, EFE, then developed using the I-E Matrix Analysis and SWOT Matrix, as well as determining priority strategies using QSPM Analysis within the company. Based on the results of the calculation of the QSPM analysis, the priority of the uber mie setan resto strategy is in multipurpose technology facilities and infrastructure with a TASacore of 6,2.
