Abstract

This report describes the results of the implementation of the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities carried out by the author at the Malang State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) for 540 hours or the equivalent of 3.5 months from 01 October 2020 to 08 January 2021. Forever the implementation of Field Work Practices (PKL) is placed in the State Asset Management Section. The State Asset Management Section prepares materials for the implementation of the determination of the status of use, utilization, security and maintenance, elimination, transfer, technical guidance, supervision and control, administration and accounting as well as preparation of a list of state property. During the implementation of the Field Work Practice, the author gained new experience in the world of work, the author was given directions regarding the process of making use status, utilizing state assets, requesting transfers, verifying documents, etc. The implementation of this Field Work Practice teaches writers how to work in the world of work and so that they can prepare themselves for the world of work.
