Abstract
Registration System in Rambipuji Jember Public Health Center has not been able to are not yet integrated with existing units, causing the resulting data and information to be inaccurate, timely, and relevant. It was a descriptive study with PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service) methods. Public Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) of Rambipuji Jember has not been integrated yet. Information Systems could result from quick service. Information Systems could produce complete information, but it could not produce relevant and accurate management needs. The result ofeconomic criteria data in information systems has been stored in computer storage, but the paper is still used in operations. The control system has no password for authority, but error detection already has a control system. The inefficiency of information system was found, such as data must be processed and rechecked or produce reports required by management. The information systems services could facilitatethe user in providing patients services. Theapplication of management information systems in health centers Rambipuji Jember yet thoroughly integrated. The researchers suggest that information systems should be integrated as a whole to provide information in a timely, accurat, and relevant.
