Abstract
This report describes the results of the implementation of Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) conducted by the authors at the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Malang for 540 hours or equivalent to 3.5 months on October 01, 2020 until January 08, 2021. During the implementation of Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) the author is placed in the State Receivables Section. The State Accounts Receivable Section is tasked with preparing state receivables collection materials as well as examination of the ability of debt insurers or debt loans and the execution of collateral goods, consideration, and provision of debt relief, proposal, prevention and forced execution of entities, preparation of settlement weighing or elimination of state receivables. During the running of Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL), the author gained many new experiences in the real of work that the author has never experienced before, especially in terms of billing state receivables. The author is taught how the process of collecting state receivables and stages in issuing Resume Hasil Penelitian Kasus (RHPK), Surat Penerimaan Pengurusan Piutang Negara (SP3N), Surat Panggilan (PGL), Nota Dinas (ND), etc. Through this experience, the author can apply the knowledge gained during the lecture and contribute to the maximum, so as to prepare themselves in entering the real of work.
