Abstract
Cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L.) are plants that produce fruit and can be consumed. One of the problems often faced by farmers is a decrease in the proportion of flowers, where the number of female flowers is less than the number of male flowers. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of cucumbers to maintain stability and increase production results. This research was conducted from June to November 2024 in the research area located in Kalibaru Manis Village, Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that the treatment of mycorrhizal biofertilizer doses had a very significant effect (**) on the parameter of the number of female flowers in the M1 treatment (Mycorrhizal Fertilizer Dose 15 g/plant) getting a result of 25.30 flowers. And gave a significant effect (*) on the germination power parameter with the best results in the M1 treatment (Mycorrhizal Fertilizer Dose 15 g/plant) of 89.00%. The treatment of SP36 fertilizer dose gave a very significant difference (**), in the P2 treatment (SP36 Fertilizer Dose 200 kg/Ha) gave the best results on all parameters that obtained very significant different analysis results. In the parameter of seed weight per planting of 15.78 g, weight of 1000 grains of 81.55 g, seed weight per hectare of 1775.66 Kg/Ha. And in the parameter of the number of female flowers had a significant difference with the best results in the P2 treatment (SP-36 Fertilizer Dose 200 kg/Ha) as much as 24.30 flowers. The interaction between the dose of Mycorrhiza biofertilizer and SP-36 fertilizer gave a significant difference (*) only on the parameter of the number of fruits per planting, the best treatment in the combination of M0P1 with an average number of fruits of 3.50 fruits.
