Abstract
EMR in health care facilities can be interpreted as a subsystem of the health care facility information system that is connected to other information subsystems in health care facilities. Jember Kidul Health Center has implemented EMR since the beginning of 2024 to help the service process to patients. However, in its application there are still obstacles, namely frequent system errors resulting in inefficient service to patients, not fulfilling the reporting required by users resulting in officers making reports manually, the system still has trouble loading, there are redundancies in the recording process, and EMR monitoring has not been carried out regularly. The purpose of this study was to monitor the implementation of EMR based on PIECES variables at the Jember Kidul Health Center, Jember Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample size was 33 respondents using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, namely univariate tests and scoring techniques to determine the categories between variables. The results obtained in the performance aspect with very good criteria (90.9, the information aspect is in the good criteria (72.7%), the economic aspect with unfavorable criteria (69.7%), the control aspect is in the unfavorable criteria (48.5%), the efficiency aspect shows the unfavorable category (54.5%) and the service aspect shows the good category (78.8%).
