Abstract
Financial management is a crucial aspect for students, especially amidst the common financial challenges they face. Many students struggle with managing their income and expenses, which can impact their financial stability and academic focus. This research aims to develop a financial management website that can provide financial management recommendations for Informatics Engineering students at Campus III, Jember State Polytechnic.The developed website will allow students to record their income and expenses, and the system will process this data to generate personalized financial management recommendations. Functional system testing using Black Box Testing with a use case approach shows that all main features function well and the user interface operates smoothly. The results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show an average system feasibility score of 80.41% (with functional system evaluation achieving an average of 80% and user experience & interface display evaluation achieving an average of 80.833%), indicating that the system was successfully implemented without significant obstacles in terms of functionality and interface display, and is easily accessible and usable by students. With this system, it is hoped that students can be better assisted in making wise financial decisions, identifying areas of overspending, and ultimately achieving better financial stability during their studies.
