Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Design Thinking approach in developing the e-library website of BPS Bondowoso. With a focus on user needs, the website includes features such as guest book entries, book categories, organization info, contact details, and user assistance. Based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 30 respondents, most users agreed the features met their needs. Usability Testing showed tasks were completed quickly (3–7 seconds), indicating ease of use. Overall, the website received positive feedback, though some improvements were suggested, confirming that Design Thinking supports usercentered and functional web development.
