Abstract

Istana Bolen is home industry business established in 2018, located on Gumuk Kerang, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. Produces bolen cake with various flavors. The purpose of this study is to use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to analyze the optimal availability of raw materials in 2024, such as determining the optimal amount of raw material inventory, (Reoder Point), how much safety stock must be available and (Total Inventory Cost) must be provided. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used by researchers as a research method. The results of the analysis with the EOQ method, the optimal amount of raw material expenditure in 2024 was obtained as many as 59 bunches with a total expenditure of 14 times in 2024. Safety stock in 2024 18 bunches. Reorder Point are 21 bunches in 2024. The total amount of inventory costs using EOQ in 2024 is IDR 84,657.
