Abstract
The quality of hospital health services will be guaranteed if it is supported by accurate data and information in the form of hospital reports, one of the data that must be available is the daily census of inpatients. Daily inpatient census activities at RSKB Hasta Husada Kepanjen were not carried out in accordance with the existing SOP. SHRI is still done manually using medical record files, so that census activities are not carried out in a timely manner. The calculation of bed efficiency indicators is only guided by the data of incoming and outgoing patients, so that it can result in inaccuracy of the calculation results. The purpose of this research was to create a-based information system for daily inpatient census and GBJ web at RSKB Hasta Husada Kepanjen. This research method uses the method waterfall, which is a method consisting of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The data collection procedure used interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The results of this study are a daily inpatient census information system and GBJ which can produce SHRI recapitulation reports, BOR, LOS, TOI, and BTO trend reports, and GBJ reports.
