Abstract
The quality of a product is an overall as well as the characteristics and characteristics of the products whose ability can satisfy the needs of consumers. The quality of a product is also a match of the desires and meet the needs of the customer. Quality control in accordance with standards can create good quality in a product. on the CV. Bunga Tani Sejahtera needs to be taken control measures in order to be able to analyze and identify factors that can affect the quality of hybrid corn seeds. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of hybrid corn seeds. By using tools such as control maps, process capability, pareto diagrams and cause and effect diagrams. The results showed in using the map control method of testing the purity of seeds and water content on the X-bar control chart is in a statistically controlled state and on the control chart R is also in a controlled state because there are no points that are outside the control boundary with a value of X -bar 99.85 and R bar 0.04 for seed purity and 9.84 and 0.31 for moisture content testing. Whereas the sprouts power is still within the control limits. Key words: Corn Seeds, Quality, Statistics
