Abstract
The highest number of maternal deaths in East Java is in Jember Regency, namely 58 cases in 2022 and 47 cases in 2023. This is caused by incomplete ANC visits and pregnant women having difficulty receiving the information contained in printed MCH books. This research aims to create a web-based health information system for pregnant women in Jember Regency which is expected to help reduce MMR. This research is a research and development study that focuses on the design and development of a web-based pregnant women's health information system in Jember Regency and uses the waterfall method in developing the system. The result of this research is a web-based health information system for pregnant women that can make it easier for health workers at community health centers to carry out the MCH program, provide easy information for pregnant women, and help make the MCH program more effective and efficient. There is a suggestion for future researchers, namely that the system be extended to postpartum services and newborn services and can be integrated with an Android application for pregnant women to make it easier to access and more efficient
