Abstract

Service minimal standard based on KMK number 129 of 2008 stated that medical record completeness is 100%. Based on the introduction of study results at RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri in 2022 from the 12452 medical resume sheet, there are 1282 incomplete medical resumes (10,30%). The doctor's performance in writing a medical resume can be influenced by individual factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relation of ability, skill, education, age, gender, and years of service of DPJP with the completeness of medical resume filling in RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. The type of this research is quantitative analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The instruments research used in this study are questionnaires and checklist sheets. The population of this research total is 32 doctors with 30 doctors sample. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and stratified random sampling. The data analysis used univariate analysis with a frequency distribution table as well as the bivariate analysis used the chi-square test. Result of the research shows that variables related to the completeness of medical resume filling are ability (Sig=0,10), skill (Sig=0,017), and gender (Sig=0,007). Variables that are not related to medical resume filling are education, age, and years of service. Suggestions from the researcher are the medical resume filling needs socialization, reward and punishment giving, a cooperation between the other medical personnel to remind DPJP in order to complete the medical resume.
