Abstract

Borrowing and returning medical records at the Arjasa Community Health Center, Situbondo Regency is still done manually, there is no recording of incoming and outgoing medical records in either the expedition book or medical record tracer, resulting in delays in returning medical records for both inpatient and outpatient care. inpatient unit and cause medical record errors. The aim of this research is to design and create an information system for borrowing and returning medical records at the Arjasa Health Center, Situbondo Regency, in order to reduce delays in returning medical records which can cause errors in filing medical records at the Arjasa Health Center, Situbondo Regency. The type of research used is research and development using the waterfall development method and data collection through observation and interviews. The result of this research is an information system for borrowing and returning medical records with website-based WhatsApp reminders at the Arjasa Community Health Center, Situbondo Regency based on the results of examinations using black box testing.
